It is the client's obligation to keep their website in optimal condition so that it does not consume additional resources. Except for custom or similar services, where resources are allocated to the site or service in question. In the event of excessive usage that affects or degrades service performance, we reserve the right to suspend the offending hosting account.


DMCA Policy for VPS Services: Valid DMCA notifications, which cannot be ignored or filtered, will be sent to the client so that they can proceed with the removal of the requested content within 24 hours.

If the client is unable to remove the content within 24 hours, we reserve the right to block access to the specific URL reported or temporarily suspend the service until the client takes the necessary steps to remove the content.

The DMCA Ignore Policy applies to cPanel, DirectAdmin, and HestiaCP Hosting.

The client is responsible for all material posted, disseminated, distributed, or hosted on their hosting account, and Phantom Server assumes no liability.

Phantom Server is not responsible for unforeseen service interruptions caused by the following types of events:

1) Earthquakes and natural disasters that prevent service provision.
2) Interruptions of national or international links provided by third-party companies.
3) Prolonged power outages that exceed the service regeneration capacity of third-party companies.
4) Loss of data or information deleted by the customer.
5) Incorrect configuration and service failures due to misuse.
