How we collect, use and protect your information at Phantom Server.
Last updated: February 2025. Phantom Server («we», «our» or «the company») operates hosting and VPS services with infrastructure in Chile, governed by the local laws of the Republic of Chile. This policy describes the processing of personal data within our services and under applicable Chilean legislation.

Data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide and bill our services, provide technical support and comply with legal obligations:
- Identification and contact data: name, email address, and where applicable billing or identification data you provide to order or invoice services.
- Service usage data: IP addresses associated with your account, control panel access logs and, when necessary for service operation, access logs for hosted services (for example, web server logs).
- Payment data: we do not store full card details; card or PayPal payments are processed by external providers. We may retain transaction references (for example, payment ID, currency, amount) for billing and support.
Purpose of processing
We use your data to:
- Provide, maintain and improve hosting and VPS services.
- Manage billing, payments and disputes.
- Handle inquiries and technical support.
- Comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations in Chile.
- Protect the security and integrity of our infrastructure and that of our clients (for example, detecting abuse or violations of our Terms of Service).
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on contract performance, compliance with legal obligations under Chilean law and, where applicable, your consent. We retain data while you maintain a contractual relationship with us and, after service termination, for as long as required by Chilean local law (for example, accounting or tax obligations) or as necessary for claims or litigation.
Security and confidentiality
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it to perform their duties. Our infrastructure is located in a datacenter in Chile and we handle information with confidentiality and discretion, in line with our internal privacy policy.
Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data with:
- Payment providers (for example, PayPal, cryptocurrency processors) solely to process payments.
- Competent authorities when required by law or within valid legal proceedings.
These third parties act according to their own privacy policies and, where applicable, confidentiality agreements or contractual standards we require.
